About Me

BTH
My name is Brett T. Hannigan, and I'm a PhD student at the University of Pennsylvania in the Genomics and Computational Biology program. I am performing research in the William DeGrado Lab on computational and experimental protein design with particular interest on designing protein/peptide interfaces. However, I am also very interested in the use of protein design techniques to engineer new methods of producing fuel.
